Steam Specialties Inc.® now offers SSI+™ , which is a protective coating application for steam turbine valve components.
SSI+™ provides a protective barrier of chrome carbide, which will reduce the wear on valve stems and bypass valves etc. The protective Coating is applied by HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel).
Advantages of SSI+™ include:
- Extended Maintenance Intervals
- Solid Particle Erosion(SPE) Resistance
- Helps with foreign object resistance.
SSI® expands warehouse by 9000 sq ft
To satisfy our customer needs, we are proud to announce that Steam Specialties, Inc. is increasing its warehousing capacity. This will allow us to stock more parts in-house and respond to customer needs promptly. The warehouse extension started in December 2007 and is set to be complete by Fall 2008.
